Two inverted or 'direct' single-acting engines, with 48 inch cylinders, 8 foot strokes, parallel motions, cast iron beams.

Traced and reverse copies of plans and sections of well and pumps, London, 5 Feb. 1851 (replaced by drawing QLZ - see the next set of drawings).
Reverse drawings, 19 Feb. 1851: plans of the engine and boiler houses, longitudinal section of the engine and boiler houses (with copy sent to Soho Foundry yard, 30 May 1851), cross-section of the engine house (with copy sent to Soho Foundry yard, 30 May 1851), cross-sections of the boiler house, cross-section of the engine house, plans and sections of well and pumps; cold water pumps and waste water pipes, lower column and girder, plates and keys for pump girders, steam and feed and safety pipes and grates, sections and plans of pumps and bearers - partially coloured original and reverse drawings; valves for 42 inch pump - coloured original drawing. All these drawings bear letter codes.
Plan and elevation of the injection gearing; pump and bearers - draft [?] drawings on tracing paper; double beat injection valves; working barrel - press copy sketch; plan of the dock and engine house and dimensions for regulating the discharge pipes and clack for pumps, plan of the engine house and pump well and elevation of openings for delivery pipes - these two drawings are on tracing paper and marked "G. J. Greene [?] 30 Dec. 1850" and "Original in London 3 Jan. 1851."
