Coloured original and reverse general view of the engine, plan of the engine and blowing cylinder, front view of the engine; reverse longitudinal section of the engine house and blowing cylinder, sections of the engine house, drawings of the cistern; blowing cylinder pipes - partially coloured reverse drawing; parts of the parallel motion - original and reverse drawings; working gear - partially coloured front and side views (these drawings have been crossed out); working gear - partially coloured original and reverse front and side views (the reverse drawing was also used for DVE Homfray & Co., May 1789), also 2 further coloured front and side views, one of which was sent to James Lawson; parallel motion - coloured original drawing; double stop pipe - reverse drawing; reverse plans and sections of round and oblong boilers; shaded sketch plan and elevation of the engine house, blowing cylinders, boiler, furnaces etc., marked "Lewis Taitt & Co. here 5 Aug. 1797" (these drawings show an old engine with a 60 inch cylinder and chain connection working a 90 inch blowing cylinder); sketch plan and section of the engine house, 24 Jan. 1798, again showing the old 60 inch engine; original portfolio cover, with press copy sketches of the beam and injection cock rod stuck inside. All the drawings except those of the engine house and the press copies bear letter codes.
