Partially coloured duplicate and reverse plan of the engine and boiler houses and vacuum pumps etc., longitudinal section of the engine and boiler, longitudinal view of the vacuum pump room and cross-section of the engine house and vacuum pump room, cross-section of the engine house and vacuum pump and coining rooms etc., cross-sections of the boilers for this engine and 40 horse engine. All the drawings bear letter codes.

For the Calcutta Mint. This engine worked vacuum pumps for the vacuum-operated coining machinery. The engine was actually made in 1815, but not appropriated to the Calcutta Mint until 1821.
