20 horse power independent crank engine, with 25½ inch cylinder, 3½ foot stroke, parallel motion, [cast iron beam, cast iron connecting rod].

Coloured drawings by Wren & Bennett, Feb. 1836 - sketch plan "on the introduction of a 20 horse independent engine" (showing bell house, blowing room, bridle road etc.), side view of the engine, plan of the engine, end view of the engine, plan of the tunnel, plans of the masonry (4 courses), fly wheel boss; sketch of the fly wheel boss made at Soho.
Also drawings for 30 horse boiler, May 1843: partially coloured plan and cross-section by William Bennett; coloured original plan and sections showing apparatus, plan and cross-section at grate, longitudinal section and cross-section beyond bridge. The final 3 items bear letter codes.
