01 March 1817. Wish to hear from him with my yearly account. And what is doing about Tynycoed & Hodrid etc. Am better of my comp[lain]ts; hope he is better of his.
09 April 1817. Advise caution about his sprain. Have ordered Mr Mosley to pay £1,280 to Lubbocks house to pay for Tynycoed etc. Queries about Hodrid. Mrs Watt's bad health.
12 April 1817. About numbering & marking timber on new farms. Carregenvale rent. Not to suffer Mr Webb or Jones of Kinnert to increase their debt.
16 May 1817: Receipt of his account & order for £141.7[s.] 4[d.] from farms. Desire him to look after Ferrier. Approve of paring & burning rough in Llanykiddy. Mrs W[att]'s violent attack. James returned from London.
