24 March 1806. Number of medals sent with copy of lease. Query about new tenant for Stonehouse & about lease to him.
02 April 1806. Have wrote to Woodward to send new guinea on to Mr Cooke, Hereford. Am to send leaden impression of ?Webb's medal. Percival Lewis's land. Thank the Radnorshire gent[leme]n for putting me in the commission of peace. Clauses in the lease which would suit Wyeside tenants. To get new valuation made of Gladestry timber.
08 April 1806. Thank him for the purchase made from L[or]d Oxford. Opinion about the Badlands. Letter rec[eive]d from Mr Cooke. James Beaumont Tenant in Stonehouse.
