21 April 1806: Queries concerning Kinnerton & Badland. Sow turnips on Doldowlod. Object to scattered farms. Birm[ingha]m Canal Company's bills. Enclose D[ra]ft on Mr Woodward, £348. 15[s] .0[d]. Mr Cooke.
08 May 1806: Have rec[eive]d maps of Kinnerton. Decline Mr Lewis's Tithes. Map of Hergest 4 acres less than form[e]r measurement. Kinnerton Estate objection over an account of ragged outline, may be better when Badland added. If no map of Badland to be had, employ Gallier with charges as to accuracy & to make map on paper. Thanks for parliamentary recom[mendatio]ns.
12 May 1806: Have sent off particulars of Mr Lewis's tithes, & reduced map of Hergest. Maps of Kinnerton reduced look better than when in two maps. True distances & bearings of detached fields wanted. Differences between the two maps. Directions for a new survey of Badland. Glad we have not taught Gigrin. Want further information about tithes. Want size & stamp of parchment from Cheese & Davies for Kinnerton map.
