07 June 1806. To Cheese & Davies: I do not wish for Convey[ance]r's opinion on Badland titles if they are satis[fie]d. Expect Mr C. here soon. May still use Mr Galton's & Mr M.R.B.'s names as trustees.
16 June 1806. To James Davies: to London, not to pay for Badland until everything is satisfactory, whatever may be their hurry. If they will not take D[ra]ft at a month, inform Mr W[oodwar]d or MrM[osle] y. Shall send D[ra]ft for pay[men]t of Kinnerton when advised. Want copy grant of Burchope Manor. Mr Caley proper p[er]s[o]n to find it.
18 June 1806. To James Davies: map of Badland not received, if does come what to be done.
22 June 1806. To James Davies: Will not discount title by Mr L[ewis]'s solicitor but pay money. How he has settled with L[or]d O[xford]'s agents & about mode of payment.
25 June 1806. To James Davies: Agree to pay up ¾ rent on Badland deducting outgoings. Desire him if possible to bargain with Crutchley to clear incumbrances on Tycwtta. Give him full powers to agree with his description to be inserted in article.
27 June 1806. To James Davies : In my last had forgot property tax among deductions of Badland rent. Have sent my d[ra]ft to Mr C. to pay for Kinnerton, desiring him to act in concurrence with Mr D.
27 June 1806. To Cheese & Davies: to Kington. Inform[in]g that I have sent D[ra]ft to Mr C. to pay Kinnerton.
