27 July 1806: On return from Wales to settle terms for Badland same as for Beaumont's lease. What improvements I should do to houses etc at Stonehouse. Want plans to order Badland repairs, windows for their house. Plated goods and glasses sent off. Desire of tenant for Badland rests with him.
03 August 1806: I send reduced plan of Badland etc. & acc[oun]t of plated goods & return Dearman's acc[oun]t of grates. China sent off by Wolfe & Hamilton a present from me.
11 August 1806: Recapitulation of former letter. To press repairs at farms. Wish to have a good tenant at Wyeside. Tycwtta not yet certain. To proceed with fences, lined with stone to 4 feet high. Walnuts. Mistake of post boy in bringing me to ?Tenbury. Game keeper.
17 August 1806: Windows for Doldowlod with drawing.
