Description18 February 1807: James's convers[atio]n with Mr W[illia]m Scott concerning Kinnerton deeds. Grass seeds ordered from Gibbs for 8 acres at Doldowlod - sent to care of Cheese & Davies. James gone to London.
02 March 1807: Errw Vawr not included in purchase of Land tax. To include that with Tycwtta, Clyn glyb etc. Purchase of timber, none to be appropriated. Inside fences need not be faced with stones. Expense of grass seed & furze seed. How packed. Trees ordered for Cheese & Davies.
18 March 1807: Seedling trees forwarded to Builth. Mr Ingram's trees forwarded £5. 11[s].
C[heese] & D[avies]'s trees sent off from Glasgow. Grass seeds how packed. Directions for planting the seedling trees in the nursery & for planting out oaks etc. in the woods.
