23 April 1807:Penry Price's complaints. Offers an estate for sale. Query respecting Tycwtta. Clyn glyb titles must be made good.
11 May 1807: Have sent off Mr Beaumont's Lease executed having altered wheat corn to white corn. Send copy of lease with alterations to make it suitable for Mr Newton. Mr W[illia]m Scott has not yet executed. I am to set out for London this week.
18 December 1807: On my return from Scotland. Receipt of their letter confirming Tycwtta. I do not wish to risk title deeds being sent per coach. Want their account ag[ains]t me. My son's return home. Hare sent by John Owens has not come to hand.
