13 December 1809. To James Crummer (——): Am glad to find the accident in his shoulder permits him to write again. Cautions about taking care of it. Hope to see him as soon as he can. Mention of G. Evans, the new tenant at Stonehouse. Approve of the Rent he is to pay. Repairs to be contracted for. Beaumont to make good damages. Tydabean to remain at my acc[oun]t.
09 January 1810. To Richard Evans (Rhayader): Desiring him to send for chaise. Price of the same & repairs. £28.7[s].
11 January 1810. To James Crummer (——): Requesting him to come over soon. Approve of rise in Powell's rent. Thank him for Transferring bank acc[oun]t to Tuffen & Co. James very busy, cannot go to Wales.
05 February 1810.To James Crummer (——): Am sorry his coming is delayed. James gone to Mr Weston's funeral.
15 February 1810. To James Crummer (——): To continue Jones in Penyllan & let Tynynylone to some other. Shall be glad to see him on 22nd.
17 February 1810. To James Crummer (——): Desire he may not wait for Mr Davies but come on Thursday as proposed.
