27 August 1810. To Benjamin Wishlade. With plan of directions for Gladestry mill house.
01 September 1810. To James Crummer. Gladestry mill house. Mention letter to Mr Davies with map of common to which I refer him. That I have wrote to Mr Scott about exchanges with Burnt house & desiring him to make the necessary enquiries about Land to be purchased in Titley. Planting at Stonehouse. Ystrad house repairs. Repairs of Stonework of cottages. Advised that my son was in London.
09 September 1810. To James Crummer. I sent of[f] Canada & Scotch fir trees in 1808. To observe how Breconshire tenants go on, thus he may give them warning if necessary. Ditching at Clynglyb & Cencoed. Garden wall & planting at Doldowlod. To settle with Evans Stonehouse how much land we should have. Drains in Stonehouse orchard.
