Am inclined to accept her resignation but cannot do so absolutely until I have seen her accounts, but hope circumstances will enable me to do so. desire him to settle with Mr C[rummer]. 17 December 1812. To James Crummer (——): Mention the above letter, & request him to settle accounts as soon as may be. Request to know whether he knows of any tenant. It is my interest to get Mrs B[laxland] out even at Loss. Should have higher rent from next tenant. 24 December 1812. To James Crummer (——): It is needless to make the Blaxlands find a tenant. Have mentioned the land L[or]d O[xford] means to sell to to Mr Boulton who declines it. 05 January 1813. To James Crummer (——): Shall be glad to see him when he has settled with Blaxland. Have rec[eive]d 3 hares. Mrs C[rummer]'s shawl is arrived but Mrs C[rummer] needs only take one. |
