9 January 1813. To James Crummer: James arrived from London. The shawls to be sent p[e]r Worcester coach on Monday. Thank him for a turkey. To use means to bring the Blaxlands to a settlement, and to advertise for a tenant. Will not bid for the Radnorshire Crown lands.
14 January 1813. To James Crummer: The shawls went on Monday.
19 January 1813. To James Davies: Request him to send his account. Claim of the Crown on Gladestry Mill land.
20 January 1813. To James Crummer: To settle with S. Blaxland as to rent due Mic[haelma]s and what will be due L[ady] day. What money paid or laid out. What Manure has been laid on the farms?. What he has expended on the farm on his own acc[oun]t & what improvements made. Gladestry Mill lands.
23 January 1813. To James Crummer: Have examined the titles of the Mill. Proposal to sell my Welsh estates. Request his opinion of their value.
