30 November 1814. To James Crummer: Am not sorry they did not accept his offer for Badland Manor. Not to give more than £500. Shall consider Ferrier's proposal. I send him some Fruit trees by my son's waggon. 30 November 1814. To James Davies: Consider Mr Hutchinson's proposal relative to Broadheath's M[or]tgage. Fruit trees sent by my son's waggon. 01 December 1814. To James Davies: Relative to the trees sent. Broadheath M[or]tgage in mr Weston's hands. Know not if he has made any arrangement about it. Shall write him today on the subject. Deputation for Birchop may be made to mr Webb. 09 December 1814. To James Davies: Mr Weston has no objection to the M[or]tgage remaining upon Broadheath. Quotation from his letter. 31 December 1814. To James Crummer: Thank him for buying Lot 5. Wish to know what progress Com[missione]rs have made in allotting Kinnerton. To drop the subject of Badland manor at present. Want Ferrier's acc[oun]ts. Am averse to letting Stonehouse etc. to him in the present times. |
