My dear Sir I have been very much vexed to find through the kind communication of Mr. Langdon that I have inserted wrong numbers to Mr. Boulton's order for transfer of the £5,200 to the "Deposit Acct." at the Bank. I find that in tracing the numbers which in my list I have made to supply the place of those of the former Year called in, I overlooked one essential-they have been all sold since June 1841. I have explained to Mr. Boulton and from him obtained an amended order, as enclosed, hoping that Mr. Gattie will permit the exchange and excuse any trouble given.
