I am sorry to tell you that Sanders has disappointed me both yesterday & today in the promised Return for Houses & ground under the Rent of £10.. His excuse is that another parish officer has gone out with the Book. He again promises to see me with it tomorrow afternoon.
Should he then fail to produce his amount I presume you will adhere to to the first return, namely of the House & ground in hand only. I am
