My dear Sir
The enclosed Notice of assessment under A & B Property Tax I shewed to Mr. Wilkinson on a former occasion, but it escaped my recollection that I still retained it.
The only Assessment which appears unreasonable is that on the premises held by Messrs Boulton Watt & Co. which Sanders (following the Rates) values at £312..8..0 per annum and charges £9..2..2 on.
The total actual Rent the Company pays you is £20 per annum. I am
