'Miss Salt hath or will soon have Property to the amount of about 5000£ and a Certainty to the value of some thousand pounds more at the death of Mrs Salt & Mrs Banner, and other possible Reversions to a considerable amount.
'Mr Startin to have 2000£ from Miss Salts Effects as his own Property, & the whole of Remainder for his Life, But after his Death to go to any Child or Children he may have by Miss Salt. And that Miss Salt shall have the Power of disposing of 3000£ thereof by Will in any manner she may think proper to any Child or Children, and if no Child then to have power to dispose of the whole of her Property by Will except the 2000£ given to Mr Startin as above….
