| Description | '1800.' (This item is a 47 page notebook with a brown leather cover. On the cover is written the preceding inscription. The notebook contains observations, calculations and diagrams relating to various subjects. Pages of notes have headings such as; 'Regulations and work to be done to secure the manufactory' and 'Calculation of Medals for the East India Co.' At the beginning of the notebook there is a memorandum that reads; 'Intended Advertisement. Many inconveniences & interruptions having arisen from the great number of strangers & travellers who daily visit the Soho Manufactory it is become absolutely necessary to give this notice.
