Agreeably to your commands of the 27th current, you will herewith receive 12 medals with the short motto. I have spoken to Mr. Busch, who will get as soon as possible 100 pieces 46 to the lb. and bring them along with him. I am sorry to learn you are not likely to succeed at the Treasury.
Mr. Gibbins on the 26th has drawn for the amount of 28T. 10C. at £143 net, £4075. 10. It is to be hoped you will find a sale for the copper whilst it maintains its price. Being glad to learn you are in health, I remain, sir,
