W. Cheshire presents his respects to Mr. Boulton and, agreeably to permission, has inclos'd a bill of parcels of sundry tools furnished to Cooper's building by W. C., who is getting forward with the compound and will take care to acquaint Mr. Boulton when it is in a fit state for the first moulds.
