If the person who said the price of wheat had been advanced by the interference of Committee's saw the enclosed letter from Lord Hawkesbury and from Lord Bateman, may alter his opinion. The letter from Lord Hawkesbury is dated the 7th July; our Committee was chose the 10th July.
Pray return me these letters; they are curiosities that I wish to preserve.

N.B. Before the date of Lord Hawkesbury's letter 26 noblemen and gentlemen published their apprehensions, and avowedly in order to diminish the consumption of wheat.
