When Mr. Hog advertised the sale of Carron stock last year, I determined to request a meeting of my creditors in London as soon as I saw what answer he gave to my application to the Court of Session to prevent the sale. But he declined giving any answer untill the 3d of this month, when he gave notice that on the 4th he should deliver one; whether he did so I have not yet heard.
I shall avail myself of your very judicious advice and print and circulate such particulars as appear to me most important for my creditors before they come to the meeting.
