We whose names are hereunto subscribed, being several of the creditors of Samuel Garbet, late of Birmingham in the county of Warwick, merchant, a bankrupt, do hereby request you to make, on or before the twentieth day of April now next ensuing, a further dividend of the estate and effects of the said bankrupt; as witness our hands the fifteenth day of March 1797.
