I have this day seen Mr. Williams; in consequence have wrote Mr. Watt, and desire you may consult him about settling with Messrs. L. V. W., as I have appointed to meet him (Mr. Williams) at Mr. Woodcock’s as soon as I have your and Mr. Watt’s answer, which I have told him I expected in the course of the week. Referring you therefore to what I have wrote Mr. Watt, I remain very sincerely, yours, &c.
