The last accounts I heard of you were thro' Mr. Watt & not favorable for I learn'd you had a cold & sore throat-this is only to enquire after you most sincerely hoping you are recover'd.-I wish I cou'd give you a little Courage for this Law seems to worry & perplex you-you forget the Justice of your Cause-& I am inform'd from Mr. Weston that you are in a prosperous way-God Grant that you may overcome all your Enemies! & live many Years to triumph over them!
I am going tomorrow into Lincolnshire to pay Mr. Lucas a Visit; Mary Fothergill goes with me & we shall bring back Mrs. Vere. Adieu
