Such an Engine will do the whole business in 12 hours per day, and will burn from 2 to 2¼ bushels of Coal per hour: 1 pair of Stones will grind from 6 to 8 bushels per hour, and as there must be one pair of Stones in the hands of the dresser, it will require in all 5 pair of Stones.
