| Description | [Several of the Birmingham merchants have received copies of the French Arrêt on all English Manufactures, but as yet no goods have been countermanded. From the Danish Prohibition, the German Edict and the French Arrêt I am afraid we shall have a miserable time for orders between Michaelmas and Christmas, and hope the Irish Propositions may never take effect.
