Dear Sir
I beg you will excuse this seeming Intrusion-but I cannot help Again intreating you to Settle the Rents before you go to London.
It is of great consequence that the books shoud be settled & they cannot be done without it.
You can scarce conceive how much I was disapointed this morning. I came down in full glee, flattering myself you were going to settle the rent when lo! the Mob news came forth.
If you will settle this matter, I can fight them Like a Lion, but if it is left undone-I know I shall have no spirits either for that or any thing else.
Yours Sincerely
J Scale
