Finding it necessary to sell one of my Birmingham Shares at least, I must trouble you to dispose of one for me, at whatever price it will fetch, and in the mean time I must beg leave to draw upon you for three hundred pounds, payable at Mr. Matthews's. Or as I must sent the bill down to Birmingham to be accepted, I shall be oblig'd to you, to send me up a bill for that sum. I am with sincerity & friendship
