[Parrott to Boulton and Romilly.]
Gentlemen,
I beg that one or both of you will do me the honor to attend as my proxy at any meeting of the creditors of Samuel Garbett, esqr., that may occur in the course of this year, and to act in my name in such manner as you may think proper for the common interest of that gentleman's creditors, which will much oblige your obedient humble servant,
Francis Parrott

[Parrott to Garbett.]
Dear Sir,
Agreeable to your kind favor received this morning I have copied a proxy on the other side, which I trust you will find to be a true one; and that you may long live to enjoy the satisfaction arising from the settling of so many troubles and perplexities is the sincere wish of your obedient servant,
Frs. Parrott
My sister joins me in ev'ry affectionate wish to yourself and Mrs. S. Turner. Mrs. Wright is well and sends her best respects.
