With this I send copy of your oath relative to my claim upon the seperate effects of Charles Gascoigne for £21,425. 16. 6, and of the accounts there refered to marked A and B, and of your letter to Mr. Mackenzie of the 24th April.
I had sent them sooner but I waited for an answer from Edinburgh to a little inaccuracey, which I did not receive untill last night.

[B.] Copy by Samuel Garbett of a statement of account entitled, 'State of the balance due on the bond per £9000 by Samuel and Francis Garbett and Charles Gascoigne to Sir James Campbell, to which the Carron Company has right after imputing the dividends made by Carron Company on £12,000 of stock belonging to Samuel Garbett and impledged by him to the Company for their security and relief of said bond.'
