Also concerns the behaviour and intellect of Leizel which leads Boulton to suspect he has 'other objects in view besides & beyond the Russia Mint,' and the models Leizel has made for Mr Kakoushkin and potentially others and suspects Leizel is intending to leave for Viena. Boulton wants a professional architect at St Petersburg employed and Smirnove's assistance in translating French for his correspondence with Count Wasilieff [Vasilyev].
