The first memorandum records Boulton's packing and exportion of indetermined articles sent to Hull fro St Petersburg in accordance with the of the exporting of machine parts for Russia in accordance with the Act of 12 July 1799 which enables him to do so. The second details particular articles which Boulton proposes to ship in Autumn for the use of the Mint. The third is a list of items which cannot be sent before the Autumn and must be signed by Lord Grenville. |
