DescriptionConcerning the money owed to Boulton in 1800 left untouched in the hands of Harman & Co., who still feel unauthorised to pay it and Walker's request to Mr Goloubszoff to in this affair. Walker also requests a translation from Fuch of a letter in English to Russian for Mr Goloubszoff on the subject of the late Count Vasilieff [Vasilyev]'s generous promises.
At the end of the letter it is noted that Mr James Fuch is the translator and executor at the Mint Department of His Imperial Majesty.
