I am for Wilsons new modelling his pamphlet as it will or may be of use elsewhere; But I am for publishing the postscript we lately sent him by itself as soon as possible, with his corrections, I apprehend much time will not be lost as he had not received it when he wrote, I shall study his paper to night.
In respect to Fox I agree in general with what you say, & the same thing was proposed to him in Cornwall, this is the answer, My answer would be briefly that we could not depart from the terms we had offered-If we cannot overcome Bull, we shall have many such insults, If we do those who employ him must pay us.
I am extremely sorry for the disagreeable letter you have received, but hope by to morrow you will see you way out of them-The Coal paper is a melancholy fact & will have its weight or at least ought in Birmingham, Coals to day 7½d & 8d-Wishing you spirits & Health
