Description"The Treasury have referred the mode of executing the deed by my father to the decision of Mr. White; has requested Mr. Weston to accompany him; Mr. Weston thinks he shall be able to arrange with Mr. White for me. Evidence of Dr. Carmichael and Mr. Bedford to be received. Warrant having received the King’s signature, my name cannot be substituted; it might otherwise, and was proposed at the Treasury. Some days must elapse before we can proceed to strike."
