| Description | (2 ff.) (Press-copy of an original in William Cheshire’s hand, signed by Boulton.) Dear Sir, The intention expressed in your favor of the 2d instant will perfectly correspond with our arrangements, which have been made upon the supposition of receiving the remainder of your supplies in thin sheets. It is a satisfaction to me to think that the restrictions under which I consider myself in regard to the communication of the coinage transactions cannot offer any impediment to your attainment of the desired information in the present instance, as the period which has been required for the completion of the Irish coinage will afford, I conceive, a sufficient criterion for solving the question which you put in regard to the English coinage. The dies are not yet entirely finished; whenever they are, you will assuredly be among the first to be supplied with specimens, which I hope to be able to transmit you in the course of three weeks. I am, dear sir, your obedient humble servant, M. Robinson Boulton
