This is the title recorded in the Inventory compiled by the Assay Office in 1921, but unfortunately the portfolio was subsequently discarded. Within the portfolio, the documents were arranged in two chronological sequences, as follows:

The Copies would have been contained in a yellow paper wrapper, which does not survive. Under Matthew Robinson Boulton's scheme of arrangement the file was placed in Box M. III.
