Barker & Unett may insert his name as one of the Special Bail in the action brought by Mr. Fox against Mr. Ford. Mr. GB. was with Mr. T . Price yesterday evening who is agreable to be one of the sureties and it was at his Request, that Messrs. B & U make the Present application
Messrs B & U would by no means have intruded upon Mr. B to day, but the necessity of putting in the Bail to morrow rendered the application to day indispensible
If Mr. B. will appoint any certain hour to morrow the necessary papers shall be prepared & Mr. Price will attend in the Square Sundy. morg.
