Matthew Boulton Esqre. Whereas in the Conveyance of the Estate at Handsworth from Sir Robert Lawley Baronet to you the said Sir Robert Lawley hath covenanted to produce certain deeds and Writings mentioned in the Schedule at the foot of such Conveyance And hath further covenanted not to deliver up such Deeds or Writings to any person or persons having an Interest therein or right thereto, without giving Notice thereof in Writing to you your Heirs or Assigns Now we the Undersigned for and on behalf of the said Sir Robert Lawley Do hereby give you Notice that the said Sir Robert Lawley hath parted with the possession of all the said Deeds and Writings (Except the probate of the Will of Anna Maria Sacheverell, and the Office Copies of the two Acts of Parliament therein mentioned) to Joseph Brearley of New Inn Hall in the parish of Handsworth in the County of Stafford Esquire And the said Joseph Brearley his Heirs or Assigns will at any time hereafter, when required, produce such Deeds and Writings, for any of the purposes mentioned in your Conveyance-Dated this eighth-day of May-1806.
