My dear Sir
Mr Fry of Henley upon Thames is a candidate to take Thornhill and premises with the piece of Land on the East side the road. But he says the whole of the House wants painting inside and out and the 3 sitting rooms want papering. These done he will give 150£ per annum and no more, for a lease of 7 years
