| Description | "Inquiries about intended agreement with Mr. Mason for occupation of Thornhill."
My dear Sir Mrs Barker tells me you wish some kind of an agreement to be made with Mr Mason upon his taking possession of Thornhill as your tenant. If you will let me know your wishes I will take care they are carried into effect. I am a little better since I came to town but the weather is much against invalids, and I dare say you feel the effects of it as sensibly as I do. I was glad however to hear you were in good spirits on friday last, and it will give me sincere pleasure to hear you are better. Believe me Yr very sincerely Geo. Barker M R Boulton |
