Mr Boulton presents his Complts to Mr. A. Weston & conceiving that no Claim legal or equitable attaches to him in respect of Bills in the predicament of those mentioned in Mr Weston's Note of the 5th Instt or aware of any motive whatever from which he can be expected to discharge them Mr Boulton does not hesitate in declining compliance with a demand to that effect.
