| Description | "Result of inquiries and search at the Bill Office respecting notice of Liverpool improvement. Wishes to know if they should be continued."
Fenchurch Street 21 April 1837 My dear sir I have had a daily watch on the Liverpool Improvement Bill and have myself just made search at the private Bill Office in the House of Commons but not notice had been given of Going into Committee up to ½ past 1 oClock this day. As I have not had the pleasure of seeing You lately & have not heard from You on the subject it occurs to me to be best to ask whether You wish me to continue Keeping an Eye on the Movements of the Promoters of the Bill or whether any arrangement has been come to which renders that unnecessary. I remain My dear sir Your's ever faithfully John Teesdale M R Boulton Esqr |
