1st Prevent Copper from being sold cheaper abroad than at home.
2d Guard against Monopolists, & allow all persons to bid at Tickitings who are proprietors
of Smelting Works & who have been punctual in their payments.
3 Permit importation duty free when the price is above ..£ ..s ..d & prohibit Exportation.
Qr if a Duty of 2½ Pr Cent was put upon the Exportation of Copper & appropriate that
mony (with some addition) to ye payment of a Bounty on Copper raisd from the old deep
mines.
4 Oblige all Cornish ores to be sold at publick Tickitings & make all private Contracts or
Sales illegal & punishable.
