| Description | Have made a copy of the will and codicils of her father, which her brother will deliver to her. Have also extracted from the deed of settlement made by her father in her favour what relates to the Yoxall estate, her interest in which is to be transferred to her brother, and will prepare the requisite deeds for her to execute; to save expense, the deeds will be made to discharge her brother from the sums which her trustees are to receive to complete the objects of her settlement.
