| Description | The Birmingham Canal Company has charged 11s. 8½d. tonnage for the boatload of bricks which Stevenson took from the Foundry, and M. R. Boulton wishes this to be deducted from his account. They also charge tonnage for one boatload of bricks from Stevenson more than are accounted for, and Tildasley has produced the ticket for fetching them. Hurt thinks there is a mistake and adds, “if you could spare time to come up hither this morning perhaps we could make it out.” |
